I carried out a 6-month contract with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Security Labs in Bristol UK, from Sept 2016 - Mar 2017. I focused on improving usability for enterprise manageability services, hyperconverged UI systems, and SECaaS.
This included software testing of legacy products and conducting remote, semi-structured interviews with cloud security leads, developers, and engineers to extract actionable insights. These insights led to prototyped wireframes, design requirements and user journey maps for Windows and iOS & Android GUI.
